If anyone is willing to be a guinea pig let me know. I can either provide source (.NET) to compile and run yourself, or MSI installer. Requires .NET 4.5
As for the JSON-RPC... looks good, but I guess that means all your wallets need to be open to get the totals? Not a huge deal I guess, but might be overkill if someone has quite a few diffrent coin types.

I'll write a full guide later, but the 3 main things are: 1) It'll ask for a password, this is optional... if you enter one it will encrypt your API keys in the conf.json file 2) On startup, if you want it to know your balances from Cryptsy/BTC-e, click settings on the Title bar at the top and enter your API keys from that site 3) For your non-exchange balances, click the little arrow on the top right to open up the balances section... select a coin, enter the amount you have, click save,then click refresh on the title bar
